General Assembly including
all members is entitled to define Association’s status,
objectives and organisation.
The Board of Directors appointed by General
Assembly, is in charge of nominating the President and defining
the strategy in terms of actions and organisation.
ASLOG President: is nominated by the
Board of Directors that he presides. His function is to orientate
General Policy and Association Strategies. He is also in charge
of appointing the Board.
The Board is the executive
part of ASLOG, defining tactical operation aspects, launching
actions and checking their right achievement.
The Board of Directors and Board decisions
are implemented by ASLOG’s Permanent Team.
The General Representative
is under the authority of the President. He is in charge of
assisting the Board in the implementation of the Board of Directors
decisions. On behalf of the President and the Board, he is involved
in outside events requiring ASLOG participation and he is also
managing the Association permanent Team.
